In Purchasing:
- Receive Request from all company stuff and engineers if they need to purchase any materials, send enquirers, arrange and compare between quotations, select the best supplier according to his reputation, delivery time and terms of payments, coordinate with suppliers and site engineer or foreman, arrange all payments and handle to accounts.
-inviting and processing tenders.
-Preparing contract documents for execution
-Negotiate cost
-Review and approve payments under the Progress Payments Clause
-To Confront and Resolve Problems
In Administration:
- Arrange all company documents, answer calls, sit weekly meetings, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes, Invoicing, Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post,
Create and approve all company correspondences
Follow up with PRO.
