- Review contract documents and administrate all issues related to the project to ensure contract scope are undertaken to the required designs, specification, standards and client requirements.
- Lead the project tram to achieve contract completion within budget, time frame and customer satisfaction.

- Assima Tower & Car Parks - Kuwait.
Assima Tower & Car Park Project contains a 60-storey office tower and 2 car park buildings (VIP Car Park and Municipality Car Park.

Central Bank of Kuwait - Kuwait.
Central Bank of Kuwait is 40-storey office tower with 4-storey podium and 3 basements which is containing car parking for staff and visitors (1300 cars), C4 shelter, mechanical plant rooms and banking services. The project is fully landscaped with associated water features and planting.
Al-Hamra Tower & Mixed Use Complex-Kuwait.

With a contract value of USD 240 Millions, MOE project consists of two office towers (12 levels each), 4 basements, parking, shelter, library, kitchens and auditorium with external landscape, the project electrical systems includes main and emergency power distribution system with 18 Nos 1, 600.0 KVA transformers, 4 Nos. 1, 825.0 KVA D. Generators, bus duct, light fittings, lighting control & dimming systems, in addition to the power system the project includes latest technology of structured cabling, security, central clock, AV, Public address, BMS and fire alarm systems.
- Following up the engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and low voltage systems.

- Study and Review the contract and tender documents and implement them.
- Assign work to the project and Site Engineers and monitor them to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
- Monitor and control resources and expenses related to project work to ensure that the contract is completed within budget and time frame.
- Handle all procurement activities relating to electrical systems.
- Review and evaluate all technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submitting them to the Consultants and to follow up with the Consultant for obtaining final approvals.
- Undertake team briefings in order to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties and provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed.
- Assign and handle Sub-Contractors/manpower for the installation of all electrical systems.
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparation of Sub-Contract agreements and to recruit people.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing various reports.
- Undertake the handing over, testing and commissioning of all electrical systems.

With a contract value of USD 198 Millions, Symphony complex project consists of two towers, 4 levels mall and a parking area where one of the towers (23 floors) is a 5-Star hotel “Missoni Hotel” and the other tower (11 floors) is an office tower, the project electrical system includes main and emergency power distribution system with 10 Nos. 1, 600.0 KVA Transformers, 2 Nos. 1275 KVA D. Generators, bus duct, lighting systems, in addition to the power systems the project includes fire alarm, public address, security & CCTV, panic alarm, nurse call, BMS, Structured cabling systems.
