Key Responsibilities:
• Building a channel strategy for security systems solutions with the distributors and contractors.
• Creating/Updating the company’s product portfolio covering the scope of business to propose a complete security solution combined from a directly sourced products from the manufacturers.
• Assigning individual target for each brand with the manufacturers for better pricing, payment facilities and delivery terms.
• Developing a pricing plan to maintain maximum profit margin, faster selling cycle, minimum receivables and better stock balance.
• Restructuring the company’s human assets for reducing the staff turnover and sustaining the operation.
• Maintaining both the design and projects management centers to support the sales team and enhancing the turnkey business activities fully handled by the company.
