Reporting to the boutique manager, Responsible in assisting her in the
management of the team and to contribute to the optimization of the
boutique’s results.
• Rational thinker and responsible to have a leadership skill to motivate
and influence the team.
• Clients relation, Deliver excellent customer service and support the
sales team on the shop floor.
• Assur excellent communication and relationship with clients.
• Manage a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Control/ Monitoring of indicators, Establish the necessary means to
achieve the objectives of the boutique, .
• Monitor indicators (KPI Turn over, sell through, Traffic etc) and
propose corrective actions.
• Propose actions for client’s loyalty and development and have a strong
network of clients.
• Participate in buying sessions.
• Participate in restocking along with the boutique manager.
• Comply with the boutique charter and follow all other procedures such
as cash, inventory, stock, security etc.
Ensuring that each client receives outstanding customer service.
• Maintaining strong client relationship
• Carrying out communication to customers (VIP invitation etc...) under
the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
• Completing all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and
media accountabilities at Boutique register.
• Assisting colleagues in the sales process when needed.
• Receiving stock; ensuring re-wraps are done promptly.
• Transferring stock on the system between Boutiques, as per company
procedures.
• Providing feedback for processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Participating in the visual merchandising of the Boutique as per the
guidelines.
• Assisting with the inventory process.
• Assisting with the Boutique display

their experience will be worth remembering.
