: duties
Representation of Qatar National Bank, Syria in the negotiation, contracts evaluation and formulation of policies and procedures with contractors, consultants and suppliers.
Oversee the selection and evaluation of the buildings and real estate required for the development of the branches and the bank's facilities,
Supervising and participating in the preparation of the design and executive plans of branches and facilities of the bank and following up the engineering companies contracting with us.
Participating in preparation of construction and implementation contracts, the processing of technical and operational specifications and the schedules of quantities.
Managerial works to obtain the necessary licenses and approvals for construction and fit-outs and processing.
Supervision of the tenders of implementation and evaluation of the offers submitted by construction companies.
Supervise the work of contractors and manage the implementation of all projects, facilities and branches of the Bank as per the quality and accuracy required.
Preparation of partial and final statements of the work of consultants and contractors in accordance with the design and implementation stages.
Preparation of the annual plan for maintenance work of the branches and facilities of the Bank in accordance with the technical and financial situation of the bank and overseeing the technical offers and solicitation of tenders and evaluation.
Following up the maintenance works of the premises of the Bank with the accuracy and speed required to maintain the facilities' work and avoid operational risks.
The preparation of the annual budget of the bank and for the engineering department and setting up the proposals for the development and optimal use of the financial resources for the department.
The preparation of the annual inventory schedules for the fixed assets, buildings and related engineering department.
Participating with the Department of Safety and Security to develop a plan to maintain the security and integrity of the bank.
Contributing in the supervision of the administrative services to ensure the efficiency of the services provided and the continuity of the Bank's work.

The most important projects I have worked for:
- The Permanent Housing Project for the Speaker of the Parliament. I worked on developing the engineering designs, preparing the books of technical and financial conditions for the project)
- Smart Parking with Commercial facilities in Damascus, Marjah Square and Thawra Street. I worked on the design and preparation of preliminary engineering designs for the project and participated in the evaluation and preparation of the technical and financial offers for the project.
- Four-Star Hotel: Studying the restoration and rehabilitation of the building of the Ministry of Agriculture, Damascus, Hijaz Square, and turn it into a four-star hotel
I worked on the design and preparation of the preliminary drawings and participated in the preparation of technical and financial offers for the project
- Three-Star Hotel: Studying the restoration and rehabilitation of building real estate interests registry, Damascus, Al Thawra Street, and turn it into a three-star hotel by working on the design and preparation of the preliminary drawings and participated in the preparation of the technical and financial offers for the project
I used to do the design works, architectural proposals and support the physical assessment of the projects, restoration and redesign of the projects in line with the modern situation, and implementing at end of the study and drawing with the use of the best available building and economic materials.

- BBSF - Quneitra and Tilyany Branchs

- The Cooperative Association for the members of the Cabinet of Ministers - Mezze Autostrade (design + preparation of the executive dossier)
