• Plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies; including developing the best methodologies for training delivery.
• Manage the integration, implementation and operation of the company’s Database systems to create a central repository for all data, and capture data on an individual basis to identify specific strengths and needs for individuals.
• Handling SAP system PR & GR for services & Assets.
• Managing Recruitment campaigns & interviews for candidate’s selection.
• Devising monitoring tools and thereafter monitor effectiveness of training and other ‘people development’ activities. Evaluate the efficiency and impact using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation.
• Reporting on the progress of the participants’ skills and competencies during and after training.
• Ensuring new recruits receive on boarding induction as well proper functional induction before fully assuming the responsibilities of their roles.
• Maintaining career development programs and provide a comprehensive curriculum of behavioral training, tools and resources for individual contributors and supervisors.
• Evaluate and monitor the development and effectiveness of these programs.
• Co-coordinating with local & international training & development providers for the specific training programs if needed.
• Managing Training & Development budget with saving cost in every quarter
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on-boarding-qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
• Providing guidance and assistance to web-based job application and selection process.
• Recruitment Campaign & interviews.
• Responsible of all the editors & journalists’ day-to-day supervision and the 100 pages magazine contents.
• Works closely with the opinion page editor, news editor, sports editor, lifestyles editor, graphics editor, online editor, design editors and other top newsroom employees.
• Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople.
• Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
• Collating and analyzing media coverage.
• Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
• Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts.
• Primary liaison between the editorial staff and the editor in chief.
• Managing the advertising and customers relations with the publication.
• Primary liaison between the Printing Press and the management.
