•Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
•Handles the functions related to credit notes, journal recording, approval and Posting with Full monthly revision of the Trial balance
•Prepares monthly, semi-annual, and yearly Reporting Financial statement package
•Prepares a monthly variance analysis report for major accounts on Trial balance with justifications & recommendations
•Implement and execute process review analysis for Sukkuk (First company in Jordan handle this New Islamic loan system) & other loans that Fund the purchases of production process materials
•Identify & update the daily currency rates on the ERP system based on central bank of Jordan rates
•Implemented and executed process review analysis that provided timely and accurate revenue recognition and improved cash collection through more proficient and accurate invoicing procedures
•Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals
•Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
•Administers the accuracy and completeness of GL, which includes the opening and closing of accounting periods in the system, appending, modification and closing of posting cycle of the journal vouchers
•Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
•Organize the accounting journal entries of the special accounts and handle the relevant records
•Arrange the analytical periodical studies for the accounts and raise the primary remarks around the alternations to the direct manager to perform his instructions in this regards
•Supervise the preparation of the monthly accounts analysis and the financial performance report
•Support finance team in the company with financial information and analysis
•Month end reporting and reconciliation work as per month end closing procedures
•Supervise cycle closing process with other departments to meet deadlines
•Prepare consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet & Income Statements) with full disclosures.
•HFM System Correspondent with Lafarge group, which include:
-Organize the accounting journal entries between local & group level.
-Prepare financial statements packages (Sale & Volume, Balance Sheet & Income Statements) for the group with full sub-schedules breakdown.
•Coordinate the Business unit closing with the consolidation team in Paris through a monthly conference call
•Launched a massive initiative to turnaround Company’s three year trend of failing audits that involved conducting an analysis of all internal audit procedures and streamlining and simplifying processes to align with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance
•Maintain high standards of internal control by Implementing a sound annual internal control
•Coordinate the process and a document requested by auditors with other departments and applies theirs recommendations.
•Preparing annual report & monitor the stages of the issuance through the communication department for securities commission.
