2 -Accountabilities:

Responsible for overall implementation of Planning and Cost Control procedure and Project Quality Plan, and to ensure that work of all employees involved is completed as required.

Responsible for providing the leadership to Planning & Cost Control team and for the line management and development of individual team members.

To ensure availability of reports presentations to management with full ability of presenting the whole project as actual.

Responsible for preparing and following up all the management Planning and Cost Control reports as per the department procedures.
3 - Duties:

Manages all company programs of work as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with the complete reporting feedback system showing to management the exact progress of project, forecast analysis, risk analysis & compliance reports for construction methods of statements.

Supports the development of construction policies for all new projects.
3-3
Organizes and contributes to management meetings for major projects.
3-4
Studies projects’ specifications to ensure and determine the right program of work for soft start, linked construction process & on time projects handing over.
3-5
Identifies budgets and works with procurement department regarding purchase of all new items for projects within this budget.
3-6
Generates reports to GM and Operations Manager as per Planning and Cost Control procedure reports.

Leads and motivates a small designated team.

Undertakes annual appraisal interviews.

Develops jointly agreed Personal Development Plans.

Coordinates between the related departments for any difficulties, clarifications improvement requirement to boost work process smoothly and efficiently.

Reviews and checks finally the following assignments:
3-11-1 Baseline, Resource Loading, Cash Flow.
3-11-2 Project Quality Plan.
3-11-3 Forecasts (Look-ahead), Recovery and Revised Program.
3-11-4 External/Internal Reports prior submission to end-user or management.
3-11-5 Site Visit Reports.
3-11-6 Invoicing, Progress, Plan S Curve Review.

Performs any other related work as assigned to him.
