-Work closely with the IT helpdesk to provide end-user support and issue resolution.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and latest technologies.

-Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements.

-Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures, keep track of changes and upgrades.

-Lead, train and support the work of other staff engaged in similar functions

-Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings.

1. Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting campus infrastructure.
2. Implements network security at the network, servers and at user level as established by campus policies and the Director of Technology.
3. Managing and supervise network and Infrastructure team for optimal performance. This will consist of resource management for incoming customer inquiries, projects, administrative work and time allotted for holidays and paid/unpaid time off.
