• Ensure that the required quality management systems are established.
• Manage and ensure that the Integrated Management Systems (ISO, 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000) etc
are established and are being implemented, maintained and improved continuously.
• Plan and conduct Management Review meeting in line with the Integrated Management System
requirement.
• Liaise with certification body on annual basis to ensure the continuity of the company’s
certification.
• Plan and ensure that the internal and external (or suppliers) audit is being carried out according
to the planned arrangement.
• Promote IMS awareness among the staff.
• Report the performance of the quality and other management systems and any need for
improvement to the management.
• Conduct scheduled audit through routine inspection of departmental function and also service
provider's scope of work in compliance to the agreed procedure and KPIs set. continue
• Analyse internal / external audit, process and product data in order to identify the need for
improvement.
• Ensure that the Customer Survey is being carried out according to the plan.
• Coordinate and identify quality training required for internal staffs.
• Maintain good working relationship and high standard professionalism with service providers,
tenants and clients.
• Undertake any other duties as and when required by the CEO.
1. Mange all KPIs related to water ratio, energy ratio, and waste recycling
2. Manage and control Water treatments units in the factory in term of operations and maintenance, to produce the required volume of water as per quality standard, for the different use of propose
3. Propose local strategies for achieving and measuring continuous improvement in water treatment performance
4. Monitor water map of the factory to identify losses and identify new project opportunity
5. Identify hazards and associated risks related to environment
6. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives Ensure that product water for different SKUs are consistently produced meeting consumer expectations.

1. Assigned to be the Quality, Safety, Environment, Food Safety management representative, which include handling all activities related to ISO9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000:2018.
2. Assigned as Compliance Champion for Jeddah branch.
3. Complete inspections, audits and maintenance of the internal program to deliver compliance against all relevant standards
4. Lead external audits on the main raw and packaging suppliers of nestle water within KSA west province
5. Conduct the required training for communicating the new and modified procedures, and standards.
6. Ensure the generation of high quality and reliable test data related to the safety of chemical substances and preparations procedure through Good laboratory Practices GLP.
7. Utilize Nestle Continuous Excellence tools and methodologies (Goal Alignment, GSTD, DMAIC, Loss Tree Analysis, IPA... etc.) to drive sustainable operational improvements.
8. Identify hazards and associated risks related to quality management, safety, and environment.
9. Determine means to reduce losses in material variances, to achieve expected savings.
10. Lead the quality failures analysis and initiatives to eliminate the defects,

2. Work with different departments to collect relevant and appropriate data which will be utilized in the monitoring strengths, and weaknesses of different departments and different functions within the company.
3. Visit the company projects and provide quality services for different projects.
4. Handle internal auditing tasks, report inspection results and follow up on non-conformities.
5. Any other responsibilities assigned to him/her by the management.
6. Review the existing standard documentation for the Operations Centre and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
