Primarily responsible for developing and implementing procedures for disposing waste materials in accordance with governmental regulations, and overseeing the design and implementation of waste disposal systems. Key responsibilities:

o Responsible for developing, documenting, implementing, delivering, administering and reporting delivery of the integrated
solid waste management services in selective areas of Beirut city of Lebanon, while ensuring and maintaining compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and guidelines of the industry.
o Member of strategic development team for setting and rolling onward strategies and plans towards achieving an
environment friendly waste disposal system and services.
o Facilitating the implementation and reporting of KPIs of the waste disposal system and infrastructure.
o Assisting in trouble shooting of issues, while identifying and taking actions on urgent workplace health & safety and or
environmental non-compliances.
o Planning, Monitoring and controlling all day to day aspects of the solid waste management service, via advanced and robust control systems and infrastructures in place.
o Ensuring a customer-focused and timely service in all neighbourhoods.
o Ensuring an efficient and cost-effective collection of the solid waste management service.

• Responsibilities
• Head the operations function and manage day-to-day operations ensuring delivery of agreed scope of services to clients.
• Develop and implement operational plans, mobilize and allocate resources as per business requirements and ensure maintenance of service quality standards.
• Supervise and ensure optimum utilization of resources including manpower and supplies across ongoing projects to maximize productivity.
• Determine key performance indicators (KPI) for all operational activities, set targets aligned to overall business goals and targets.
• Conduct monthly reviews of operational performance against plans and budgets, assess variances and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Review and streamline operational processes to maximize service output whilst optimizing resources.
• Evaluate current and future business volumes resources availability and provisions and produce resource requirement forecasts.
• Collaborate with other company departments in coordinating business activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Audit all ongoing works ensuring consistent compliance with approved standards as well as operational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate requirements of human capital resources and support acquisition of qualified resources to meet growth plans.
• Communicate with clients to evaluate post-service customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Administered contracts with clients, managing day-to-day operations ensuring mobilization of adequate resources including manpower and supplies as per client requirements.
• Ensured quality performance, financial results and documentation through periodic physical audits of ongoing projects.

• Served as a member of the Support Services team staff accommodation from planning, acquisition of new accommodation, staff allocation and delivery of soft services in coordination with compounds and leased properties.
• Planned and ensured availability of accommodation based on current
• employment and on-boarding plans of the company.
• Negotiated with landlords including compounds and property owners and acquired new accommodation meeting requirements and standards.

• Managed the planning and delivery of a full range of support services for 300+ residential units in the Riyadh Village Compound covering all centralized and common services focusing on facilities management, logistics and continuous improvement

• Contributed to the efficient day-to-day operations of a full service branch by providing administrative support to operations, lending, product sales, customer service, safety and security.

• Worked as Administrative Assistant from June 2007 to November 2008, assisting customers with test drives, understanding operations of the car, identifying costs associated with the purchase and enabled achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas
