Lead to preparing and control the annual master budget according to annual SPP of Kordsa Global (Parent).
Lead to preparing periodic outlook in the light of sales forecast.

Preparing the monthly ratios like MOR, ROIC, EBITDA, DSO, DPO, DSI, WC, etc.. and compare with company targets and explain the reasons of deviations.
Preparing the monthly report CMB (Capital Management Board) according to IFRS and monthly reconciliation to Egyptian GAAP for monthly business review conference.
Lead to preparing the monthly reporting according to Egyptian Standard for the Egyptian Shareholders.
Upload the CMB using the Hyperion through the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System for consolidation purpose.
Costing control and analysis the variations to budgets and outlook.
Preparing monthly presentation for Business Performance Review video conference.
Ensure approved capital expenditure budgets are adhered to at all times.
Assess the internal controls to determine that they are properly designed and functioning as intended, Review ERP system user’s access rights in order to clear any conflict of interest in the light of Segregation of duties principals
Lead to monthly GL closing and the reconciliation of Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, stock, cash, bank, and accruals.
Dealing with External Auditors and Internal Auditors regarding audit findings and follow up the implementation of the recommendations, dealing with Risk Assessment Team and follow up the implementation of the recommendations.
Member of Risk management committee.
Team leader in the ERP system implementation for accounting, costing, AP, AR, and all related financial issues.
