-Responding to all reasonable requests (PR, PO, ...) of all materials needed
(local and international) in each department and acquiring quotations.

-Expediting and tracking deliveries from suppliers, conducting followup
procedures, and validating actual materials once received according to
the PO.
-Defining and implementing the logistics strategy after selecting the freight
forwarders based on capabilities and strengths of each and issuing freight
forwarding RFI’s / RFQ’s.
-Preparing tenders and monitoring development projects such as packaging
and marketing and Issuing of amendment and cancellation letters.
-Reviewing contracts to meet company expectations and targets
(suppliers issues, insecticides companies or machines maintenance).
-Establishing procurement plans and make decisions necessary to purchase
products or services in congruence with organizational objectives
and sourcing strategies.
-Preparing duty exemption procedures, liaising with
governmental authorities for release, checking with country's
quality standards and following up customs clearance procedure
with several brokers based on price, service and shipping.
-Conducting supplier visits/evaluations and conduct “due diligence” to
determine qualification and responsibility of potential suppliers and
negotiating incoterms with them.
-Managing five employees and preparing monthly evaluation for them.

-Followed up orders and sales with effectively and efficiently.
