Head of medical equipment technology section at IBMT.
•Organization and development of training courses covering various electronic and electromechanical aspects of hospital equipment maintenance and repair work, and constituting a three year program followed by the award of a diploma to successful candidates.
•The provision of training and support services.
•Liaison officer between the IBMT and various Jordanian Universities, Institutes and Higher Education Accreditation Commission.
•Effecting suitable quality assurance (QA) and accreditation programs for training activities.
•Responsible for interviewing and technical evaluation/screening of prospective applicants for enrollment in the Institute of Biomedical Technology.
•Direct control of purchasing spare parts required for training purposes from the training budget.
• Supervising and follow-up ISO activities of training management.
•Developing necessary action plans required and advising on the implementation of the accreditation policy and procedures to meet accreditation requirements.
•Responsible for identifying professional development opportunities and conducting appraisals for the staff.
Supervision of electrical and electronic section for all practical work for all college level.
Member of the institute board at the institute of biomedical technology.
Reinforce student’s knowledge and capabilities in doing better project and research activities.
Guided projects for diploma students many times
Lecturer on special subjects at the Medical Engineering Training Center.
Teaching different subjects for second and third year college level.
Supervision of electrical laboratory for all practical work all college levels.
Preparation of charts for teaching aids and guides for maintenance procedures.
Participating in the training courses for technical staff at royal medical services and ministry of health.
Academic supervisor for cadets in the training program.
