I mastered the Automotive business and business support in a very short time. I delivered multiple projects. Consequently, the management assigned me to handle the R12 upgrade project. Quickly, I established my managerial skills.
Although the upgrade was a tough one as we had multiple customizations across all the Oracle modules, we delivered it before the deadline using my custom tools to upgrade the customization and my innovative ideas to compress the project plan.
Finally, we have been awarded by the management and received an Oracle certificate as well.

PM Achievements:
 Conceptualized and spearheaded the upgrade project plan with a unified team from the company to handle the custom solutions and Oracle to handle the standard upgrade tasks.
 Developed some Tools for custom solutions upgrade management.
 Compressed the project plan using overlapping between project phases to avoid summer vacations.
 Delivered the upgrade project before the deadline in May 2013 instead of the suggested date in September 2013.
