Deliver high quality service to Microsoft Enterprise customers by solving complex technical problems and helping to proactively prevent new issues
• Develop workshops for colleagues, aimed to help them ramp with new technology. Attend weekly team conference calls to discuss top issues, open cases and information sharing practices.
• Identify if customer problem is caused by product defect and if so make the product team aware by filing a bug report or a design change request.
• Be innovative and passionate by providing solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. Enjoy learning about new technologies, products and tools which can help you find a solution for a specific customer problem.
• Advisory cases for the customer on their need, provide them the required information and consultation.

Supports the definition of project scope, plans and deliverables including costed projects and proposedimplementation dates.
Research, analyses, recommends and implements new technologies, standards, processes, tools andtechniques.
Creates systems infrastructure portions of information/technology plans based on an understanding of thecustomer’s organizational strategic direction, technical context and business needs. Conceptualizes, constructs, tests and implements integrated network hardware and software solutions, distributed computing solutions, and/or physical and logical communications networks for the client andInjazat architects.
Reviews other infrastructure system designs to select appropriate technology, ensure efficient use ofresources and ensure integration of multiple systems and technologies. Identifies, develops, updates and enforces standards and procedures. Monitors and ensures resolution ofperformance issues. Interfaces with others on system infrastructure problems, technical concerns, andfinancial issues. Researches, evaluates and stays current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies. Develops testing specifications to validate installed solution. Coordinate installation of solution componentsand validate implementation of solution.
Undertakes Technical creation of infrastructure documentation and as built diagram maintenance andupdates for medium to large projects.
Ensures that Service Management implementation required standards are reviewed, updated, matured andadhered to utilizing Best Practice.
Defines, controls and undertakes the mentoring and development of implementation and operationalsupport personnel.
Accurately produces low level designs documentation and peer reviews Implementation Engineersdeliverables Technical leads 3rd party vendors to ensure technical assurance and adherence to Injazat qualitystandards.

• Identify project key elements that are the core of each project success and modify project plans within the management framework to ensure project 100% completion within the scheduled time
• Involved in deployment of Microsoft IT Services to customers across government and private companies, analysis of needs & providing consultation to customers based on needs that form the creation of design documents to be delivered to the customer
• Focus on deployment of proposed solutions especially in area of collaboration services including Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and 2013 Migration, DPM 2010 backup and restore for exchange, TMG & UAG deployment, Lync 2010- 2013, Quest Tools and Sonic Voice Gateway, Hyper V, MS and Dell VDI and other Microsoft services.
• Provide premium support to our customers for the complex incidents they face.

• Administration intranet and internet web sites.
• Backup procedure for Sun servers (oracle DB), and other servers (exchange, Domain controller, SQL server, other Ministry systems).
• Manage proxies: ISA 2006, TMG 2010, and Bluecoat for central Office access.
• Manage Virtual Environment based on Hyper V and VMWARE.
• Client computers maintenance (hardware issues, software installation and configuration).
• Firewall administration (FortiGate, PIX).
• VLAN configuration and access policy.
• Voice System administration “Cisco call manger 8.0”
• Other network troubleshooting problems.

• Maintenance and preparing all Computers and Servers in the LAN (hardware maintenance and software infrastructure).
• Planning security issues, ADSL, Router and Switches configurations.
• Software Solutions for QA testing Machines (setup 9 OS’s included Vista on the same machine, and maintain booting and Virgin procedure with suitable tools and mechanisms).
• Setup and Management Active Directory and multiple Domains
• Setup and Management ISA servers (2004, 2006). And Exchange Mail server (2003, 2007).
• Anti Virus server, Backup software, Data Base Servers (SQL 2000, SQL 2005, Visual Source Safes) implement DB Infrastructures backup, Project Server Issues, and SharePoint server.
