Tasks:
1)Achieve sales target objectives for the assigned territory.
2)Manage private market sales and institutional sales.
3)Report market customer feedback to the National Sales Manager in order to support current and future plans and activities.
4)Responsible for managing and understanding the assigned territory to identify business opportunities and mine feedback from the market to increase sales Conduct.
5)Responsible for field visits along and without the reps Maintain up to date records regarding both customers and territory Ensuring that the MR meet and follow their responsibilities Follow-up for the tender business and keeping database.
6)Conduct regular appraisals with the team in order to assess their performance in sales and also as a people development tool.
7)Regular field coaching visits to monitor sales force performance and coach them assist the sales force in their development plan.
8)Monitor weekly, monthly and cycle plan of team.
9)Manage and control expenses in accordance with budget agreements.
