• Ensuring the continual improvement of organization processes and procedures
• Advising the CEO in the formulation of organization policies, objectives and initiatives
• Performing periodic performance appraisals for the QA staff, planning for staff development and conducting technical interviews for QA candidates
• Cooperating with certification bodies regarding third party audits
• Managed audit resources to conduct scheduled annual internal audits, investigations and special consulting and/or assurance ad-hoc audits based on senior management requests. Sample of audited subsidiaries/projects:

Resources HR and administrative services.

• Giving in-house Project Management and Quality Management Courses
•Used Positive Displacement Motors PDMs and Schlumberger Drilling Office DOX program to follow plans of different well shapes; S-Shape & J-Shape (Clients: Qarun Petroleum Company QPC, the General Petroleum Company GPC, El Hamra Oil).
•Performed cased-hole and open-hole side tracks in wells with anti-collision issues.
•Ensured that all reporting requirements to the clients and office are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis.
•Ensured the quality of the service delivered to the clients and participated in failure investigations.
•Assisted in well planning and execution of offshore directional drilling activities in Iran including horizontal wells (Client Iranian Offshore Oil Company IOOC).
•Ensured that the equipment used is fit for purpose and reported non-conformance when observed.
•Assisted with BHA design and ensured that the operating parameters are within specifications.
•Reported the daily drilling operations to the operation manager and assisted in preparing the end of well reports.
