Responsible for PR, Communication and digital marketing for Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan and Libya.
- Monitor and guide the concerned markets in product planning, pricing strategies, communication plans and distribution outlets.
- Develop marketing plans activities, budget and monitor their implementation.
- Monitor and study the competitors marketing activities and pricing strategies to positively adapt to the market changes.
- Develop biweekly marketing activities status reports for the board of directors.

- Monitor the implementation of marketing plans.
- Monitor the competitors, their activities, models launching, strategies and marketing activities, in order to constantly evaluate Company’s activities, and adapt to changes in the market accordingly, at the same rate as our competitors.
- Conduct marketing researches.
- Contingency planning: Preparing contingency plans and strategies in the event of drastic changes occurring in the market, changes in government policies or attack from competitors.
- Prepare the company's marketing budget.
- Monitor and report on marketing spend versus budget.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports for the Managing and other Partners.
- Manage other key marketing resources to include: all promotional materials/resources, printed matter, photography, tender documents/presentations and competitor intelligence.
- Update and maintain the Company's website, in conjunction with IT .
- Control all aspects of print and design, including brochures, newsletters, display equipment and materials, branded items, advertising etc.
- Manage and coordinate all group-wide and specialist initiatives and events, including seminars, exhibitions, mail shots and direct marketing campaigns corporate hospitality, sponsorship and community relations .
- Monitor the implementation of the corporate CI within Toyota Egypt premises and authorized dealers showrooms.
Maintaining the relationship between the agency and clients. Acting as the liaison between clients and company to ensure client's needs and goals are fully met.
