Key Responsibilities:
• Providing advice and construction leadership on projects during the planning and design phases as well as contract management, direction, supervision, coordination and control of the work during the construction phase.
• Assuming responsibility for site mobilization including but not limited to transportation of contractor's personnel, equipment, and operating supplies to the site; establishment of offices, buildings and other necessary general facilities for the contractor's operations at the site, in line with project requirements.
• Undertaking technical/ feasibility studies, site investigations, reviewing and approving project program prior to further submission to consultant, monitoring construction at every step to adhere to time/cost constraints.
• Monitoring work progress of sub-contractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans, client specifications and timely handover of project to the utmost satisfaction of the client.
• Coordinating with consultant & client for all project issues, assuring customer priorities are followed, and enhancing company image through superior customer management. Conducting project meetings with Client, Consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers & Project Staff.
• Equating architectural, structural & MEP drawings with each other. Synchronizing the operations of electrical, mechanical & plumbing works with civil activities to efficiently manage resources.
