• Lead business/systems analysis phase for digital transformation projects (stakeholder’s management, requirements management, analysis, prototyping, design workflows, functional testing, training)

• Study the current situation (AS-IS) for the processes, systems and structure and make analysis tasks to present recommendations (TO-BE) that will achieve the strategic goal for the customers
