• Audit payroll records ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures, regulations and appropriate labor agreements, input appropriate adjustments as necessary upon notice of change in status or deductions and balances payroll input (8 companies within the group)6000 employees directly and 1500 employees indirectly.
• Responsible for the Foreign Experts Payments
• Managing outsource Labor force within the entire group financially.
• Preparing the salaries scales applied for the new hiring annually
• Compiles data from a wide variety of sources (. time sheets/payroll, salary adjustments, payroll summary at the end of the month, etc.) for the purpose of analyzing issues.
• Prepares reports and forwards payments of tax and benefit deductions to appropriate authorities
• Provides statistics to management when requested and as appropriate.
• Managing SI Form #2 for 8 Companies within the Group.
• Auditing & managing of the income tax Settlements.
• Responsible for end of service complementary system related to ( reaching the age of retirement, deaths, disabilities) end of service causes
• Managing early retirement Compensations & Benefits file.
• The management of the employees Internal loans (within a limited budget in affair and equality system in the light of economic circumstances
• The settlements of Phone Bills of employees within the payroll from different telecom companies
• The settlements of the Medical Insurance payments.
• Responsible of the special Benefits Program within the company ( including Hajj and Umrah for the employees.
• Sanctions fund administrator for (expenses and incomes) as to be used in some social aids and entertainment activities for the employees.
• Coordinates between the Follow up Committee (laborers union representatives) and the high administrator of the company including their recommendations and applied sick aids and managing this issue financially.
• Provides top management with all studies and analysis related to Compensation & Benefits.
• Identify needed or desired modifications to the payroll system and methods; assist programmers and managers in implementing system improvements.
• Recommend changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency of the payroll Section.
• Resolves inquiries, requests, and problems concerning the payroll system.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports as required.
• Maintains a wide variety of payroll information, files and records (Medical Insurance - life insurance, marital status, Address, Loans etc.) for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Process retiree payments monthly.
• Responds to inquiries from employees and other Payroll staff regarding paychecks and deductions.
