Technical support agent mainly on the phone where i had to check the problems with the costumers and help them solve it by working on step by step criteria. Second troubleshooting with costumers when they arrive to office. Third on sites installation.
Shop manager responsible for three different shop. Responsible for training new employees. Checking the stock each day and get the missing products. Buying selling used and brand new mobiles. money transfer ( western union and money gram). International calls. checking the market for any new accessorizes that might help increase the sales. Marketing.
First my position was at the box office (ticket sales). then i became an Assistant Manager.
