I'm in charge of taking care of maintenance services and contracts, Data Entry, Making offers for both Maintenance and Sales departments, Send monthly reports, checking emails, Receiving calls and achieving my goal by making our customers satisfied after solving their problems either by phone or by sending one of our teams as soon as possible.
I used to take care of issuing invoices, checking Daily service reports and auditing them after placing them on the system and I was in charge for receiving calls from our customers and solving their problems by phone (If I could) and making them satisfied.
