Responsible for handling sales and distribution of Luna products covering the regions (Damietta, Sharqia and Canal cities), as well as 2 distributors in El Arish - Sharm El Sheikh.
• Following up and controlling the cost+ with our distributors on weekly bases
• Leading distribution and support functions as per the company cost ( 3 Traditional trade sales supervisors - 9 retail sales reps - 3 Wholesales reps - 2 makeup sales reps - 13 drivers - 3 accountants - 3 storekeepers - 6 helper).
• Communicating with the other support departments (logistic - transportation - finance - marketing).
• Achieving the sales target of the work team in a way that doesn’t contradict the sales company policy.
• Dissemination the company’s strategy and the updates to achieve the sales targets of the work team and following their execution effectively.
• Setting sales tactics with following up their execution and evaluating them effectively within the follow up of the daily operations of the work team.
• Following the sales and stocks of the distributors by the work team, with evaluating the performance, and taking the proper corrective actions.
• Following and make sure that all activities are implementing in the markets (WS & TT & Makeup).
• Setting and executing the coaching plans of each member of the teamwork regularly based on the requirements of the work team.
• Participating in the selection and nomination of the work team members in accordance with the hiring regulations of the company.
• Build strong relations with top accounts within the region.
