Prepare operational plans for school transport projects and supervise their implementation.
Supervise and coordinates all aspects of student transportation operations, including responsibility for the day-to-day operation of school buses.

• Reviews and investigates serious student or bus operator problems and recommends or initiates appropriate action.
• Reviews requests for schedule and operation plan changes.
• Analyzes current and long term student transportation requirements and provides plans for meeting requirements and improving operations.
• Assists in meeting management plan by developing objectives.
• Assists operational supervisors in the handling of day-to-day problems, and acts as a resource person to supervisors on management and transportation questions.

Supervise the implementation of public transport contracts and buses. In addition to developing and implementing standard operating procedures while adopting best practices and ensuring that service delivery objectives are always met.
Manage and improve service quality to achieve customer satisfaction and cooperate with the work team to achieve the company's goals of providing service efficiently and effectively.
Follow up the investigation with drivers and take the necessary legal measures according to the regulations

Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions Service Level Agreements, and other contracts
Engage proactively and collaboratively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance
Develop and manage an annual operating budget and work with the Commercial Team ensure that monthly and pass- through billing happens
