Construction Manager (NEOM approved) in BEC ARABIA.
Project: SINDALAH ISLAND. (offshore Project).
Responsibilities:
• Execution of Cluster 4 (ULTRA LUXURY RESORTS and 16 VILLAS ).
• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting works, and overseeing quality control.
• Allocate the available resources on-site among the activities daily and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
• Review shop drawings before issuing them to the site team and Coordinate works with other departments.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring the progress.
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project.

• Execution of the Civil Scope (Earth and Concrete works) for 210 buildings (villas, chalets, and twin houses).
• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting works, and overseeing quality control.
• Review shop drawing before issuing them to the site team and Coordinate works with other departments.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring the progress.

• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the self-performing manpower, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting works, and overseeing quality control.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring the progress.
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project.

• Execution of the Civil scope for Cap Floors (5700-ton steel structures) for towers (1 to 6) (Installation of anchor bolts, grouting, erection scaffolds, shoring, and concrete slabs).
• Execution of Towers 1 and 2 (concrete works, block works, and water-thermal insulation) (every tower Rises 110 m and uses a post-tension system for slabs).
• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the self-performing manpower, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting works, and overseeing quality control.
• Review shop drawing before issuing them to the site team and Coordinate works with other departments.
• Allocate the available resource on-site among the activities daily and oversee buying of necessary materials and equipment.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspection to ensure safety standards are being followed.

• Execution of the Infrastructure works (Roads and Trenches for fire water lines, instrument lines, RTR lines, electrical lines, and telecom lines).
• Execution of the Concrete works (paving, pedestal for pipe racks, equipment footing, transformers and ......etc.).
