Prepare annual marketing and sales plan of the company
.Prepare annual sales target for the sales representatives of the company

.Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
•Project sales volumes based on product database.
•Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment, objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
•Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

•Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends of Customers
•Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and promotion managers.
•Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
•Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products.
•Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
•Select products and accessories to be displayed at local/international trade shows.
•Identify trade show in the region where exposure of the products would gain advantages for the company and increase sales.
•Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, , advertisers, and production managers, to market products and Internal Responsibilities

 Manage, supervise and coordinate all procurement and distribution related activities from the technical and administrative point of view.
 Take a leading role in the development of a process of stock flow planning which ensures high product availability whilst maintaining overall stock levels within the capacity of the warehousing and distribution system.
 Represent the institution to government officials, shipping and clearing agents and transport companies in positive and professional manner.
 Lead regular reviews of replenishment parameters, safety stock levels, service levels and other stock policies to ensure quantification and demand and supply planning meet customer needs whilst minimizing wastage, particularly wastage from expiry of products.
 Work with the logistics and warehouse professionals to ensure the cold chain of products that need cold chain management.
 Ensures the quality implementation, monitoring and evaluation of approved work plans and budgets
 Submits timely internal/external programmatic, financial, and operational reports, as appropriate, for the board of director’s approval.
 Proactively communicates with partners on the organization strategy and work plans, and addresses any partnership issues in a timely and professional manner.
 Provides leadership to the entire organization team to ensure effective achievement of results, collaboration, teamwork, and a productive working environment.
 Planning and programming the overall activities of the organization.
 Procurement of drugs and medical supplies as per the local demand pattern.
 Distribution of the already procured drugs & medical supplies as per the requisition.
 Compounding of laboratory reagents and chemicals as per the request of customers.
 Participate in large scale bides and negotiations with private, non government and governmental authorities.
 Ensure quality reporting of the overall activities of the company.
