1- Lead the MEP team, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to meet with the project objective.
2- Review the Scope of work and check site documents such as specifications and IFC drawings.
3- Define the Work Packages activities and Sequence them in logical relationships.
4- Controlling the resources required in align with the cost allocated for each phase and budget.
5- Checking the material submittals and shop drawings according to specifications and requirements.
6- Manage conflict among the team members and provide appropriate problem solving.
7- Monitoring the work in progress and provide full management and technical support.
8- Following up Materials Requisitions and delivery with procurement department and local suppliers.
9- Coordination with the Subcontractors and System Specialists.
10- Supervising and managing testing and commissioning for MEP Systems.
11- Insure to meet and match with all Authorities, International standards & local codes.
12- Review the weekly site reports and provide support to resolve all issues.
13- Attending weekly progress meetings with the consultants and client.
14- Understand company pricing model and billing procedures.
15- Finalizing all contractual and commercial issues.
