NOC follow-up
• Follow up all the No Objection Certificates for our design by coordinating with clients and authorities and our NOC Engineer in order to meet the client’s requirements and the authorities’ standards.
As an electrical engineer in Dubai Motor City Project, I had the following duties:
1- Manage an electrical team composed of a supervisor, 4 foreman and 35 electricians.
2- Coordinates with other disciplines including Civil, Mechanical and Architectural in order to provide clashes and to execute the work as fast as possible.
3- Supervise the electrical installation from cable trays and trunks, laying of pipes and ducts, wiring, installation of DBs and commissioning the work.
4- Handling the work to the consultant.
5- Raise up the problems to the design team and give ideas to solve them.
6- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants and main contractor to discuss all the site works and to solve the problems faced.
7- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the construction manager.
1- Gives the full curriculum for grades 6 to 8 in mathematics and grades 9 to 12 in computer
2- Coordinate with the supervisor for our final terms exams and way of teaching
