Job description
• Ensure recommended start up procedure of all units.
• Ensure efficient operation of 4 units, 350 hp axial pump. (Hitachi)
• Preparing required spare parts for maintenance .
Ensures efficient maintenance and repair of the instruments in the station
• Ensures that the pumps meet their net and true efficiencies and downtime targets through effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures in a timely manner.
• Applies Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure equipments productivity
• .Direct manage a team of electricians and insure good performance.
• Provide required reports on time.
Learning the overall view about the rotating and static equipments in the company.
Rotating Equipments as:
1. Pumps.
2. Air Fan Coolers.
3. Blowers.
4. Steam Turbines.
5. Compressors.
Static Equipments as:
1. Waste Heat Boilers.
2. Heat Exchangers
3. Reformers.
4. Valves.
Learning the basics of alignments.
