Job summary:
1-SME- MNP Project Manager
•Maintain excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy SME accounts needs.
•Increase SME- MNP customer’s base and explore potential business opportunities through MNP - Port in Accounts.
•Provide necessary field training to SME channel team: Direct Sales & Agents.
•Working with stick holders to meet deadlines and provide unprecedented Customer Experience.
•Maintain & minimize all SME - MNP Port out accounts across the SME Channel.
•Full and complete account profile for any MNP case across the SME Channel.
•Prepare necessary reports with key achievements and segments updates.
•Develop SME agents forecast reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts
•Interact proactively with all concerned internal parties to minimize MNP churn rate, ensure a smooth and efficient process, delivery of SME agents and customers requirements and keep proper feedback for SME manager.
•Support SME Channel team to achieve MNP monthly targets by closing profitable deals with key SME account

2- SME -Telephone Account Development Team Supervisor

•Prepare necessary reports with key achievements and segment updates
•Supervise and develop team’s forecast reviews and action plans, ensuring they achieve their monthly targets
•Deal with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation for all team members.
•Conducts regular visits with each team member to key accounts to ensure that business is running smoothly.
•Provide necessary field training and enhance career development of all team members
•Increase the client’s base, exploring new and potential business opportunities.
•Minimize and resolve customer problems.
