• install and operate on the sites All the refrigeration and HVAC systems (ducts + pipes + machines )…according to standard specification .
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Support the application of company's standard operating procedures at the project level..
• Conduct inspections, testing and product verification. And all the quality control requirement .
• Review subcontractors' work for compliance with specifications, applicable codes and contract requirements..
Also I am worked as maintance manager, Iam responsible for the HVAC maintenance:-
• Design, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain, equipment, instruments and controls using electrical, electronic, pneumatic or digitally controlled systems; - perform major overhauls, test equipment to ensure proper functioning
• locate and diagnose malfunctions using a wide variety of test equipment and instruments
• analyze the efficiency of campus refrigeration and air conditioning systems and recommend action for improvement;
• respond to service requests; diagnose problems in the distribution of air to individual rooms and buildings and make necessary adjustments
• maintain inventory and records; order parts and supplies;
• Completes purchase requests for needed materials.
• Generates other reports as requested for the consultants and the PMO office …
• Participates in the continuous improvement/Team Building process.
