Ensures that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and company procedures, assigns, direct and appraises accounting staff.
Assisting senior management in developing short and long term goals and objectives for the accounting department.
Ensuring that accounting plans, goals and polices are consistent with established company-wide goals.
Responsible for directing, coordinating, controlling and maintaining of banks facilities system according to organization needs and growing plans. Coordinating with management for the preparation of cash flow and company budget. Supervision all accounts departments aspects and duties.
- Role: Support the Group CFO in preparing and reviewing annual budgets as well as monthly consolidated financial reports to enable efficient corporate planning and decision-making.
Ensure transactions impacting the financial reports are properly monitored, controlled and posted to the general ledger, in order to ensure a meaningful analysis and development of financial/management reports.
Support Group investment decisions by developing business feasibility studies for projects and new business ventures.
DUTIES AND RESPNSIBILITES:
CORE TASKS
To maintain effective relations and communications with banks, while ensuring best return on company’s surplus funds is obtained in compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in obtaining and adhering to procedures in compliance with facilities covenants and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with banks on daily basis to ensure bilateral business understandings.
Assist in the development and implementation of effective facilities covenants Safeguard existing facilities covenants terms and conditions to ensure full compliance.
Maintain and keep required documents to facilitate business transactions
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly bank positions.
Computation of bank interest income and expense and booking of the monthly related entries. Ensure effective and efficient administration of the Company funds..

STANDARD TASKS:
Controls all daily transactions of the accounting department and follows-up on Payables.
Prepares and approves monthly financial statements: Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Cash flow analysis, and Sales Reports.
Participates in Management reviews and meetings at branch level.
Prepares, analyzes and reviews budgets and expenditures of the company with the guidance of the Resident Manager.
Generates statistics and financial reports for management future decisions.
Supervises necessary inventories with the cooperation of the cost control accountant.
Monitors cash Flow and bank position with the supervision of the Financial Controller
and another task
General supervision of the accounts of the group in all its branches, whether marketing, which targets with a general review of all movements realizable optimally are also monitoring operations for tendering, contracting and supervising the daily and permanent operations branch of Transport for an inventory of all obstacles to financial work and study avoided the short-term and policy-making long term is not repeated as supervision on a monthly basis on the financial position of the companies and their affiliates and have access to all accounting processes so special.
