•Leading HR Functions (Talent sourcing, performance management, career development, replacement plan, Colleagues Relations, Compensation Mgmt. by HAY Group & Mercer International Systems, Personnel & Payroll) and Admin Functions (Security, Fleet, Public Relations, Catering, Admin Maintenance, Housekeeping) of 4 entities of the group.
•Setting and implementing HR Balanced Scorecard across all plants.
•Leading Work Process Simplification Project.
•Managing Restructuring process and Redundancy programs.
•Leading the project of Safety Capability Development project
Achievements:
•Leading reduction of Employees’ Sickness % across the company to less than 2.5% annually and Employees’ Turnover % to less than 5% annually.
•Leading Transportation cost saving across the company and reducing 25% of the annual cost.
•Partial leading of (TBO)Team Based Organization program to Develop Area Managers and Supervisors
•Organizing 2 competitions of "Management knowledge" that covered more than 100 Employees.
•Acquiring Electrolux Manufacturing System Yellow GEAR.

Leading HR Functions (Talent sourcing, performance management, career development, replacement plan, Colleagues Relations & Reports.
Managing all of Recruitment & Training procedures.
Managing all of Recruitment procedure like (Structures, Recruitment plan, screening, interviews, job offers, hiring procedure and make Scorecard for recruitment every month (Monthly Report).
Managing all of Training procedure like Training Needs Assessment, Training plan, Training Implementation, Training evaluation and make Scorecard for recruitment every month (Monthly Report)
Responsible for medical and social insurance issues.
Investigates employees' complaints and explains policies, procedures, rules.
Analysis moral surveys and make action plans to raise colleagues moral.
Handle customer inquiries on the telephone providing the right and full information according to the call center guidelines.
Resolve customer complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority, distributes issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/ teams.
