• Maintaining network parameters and timers for best network performance for 2G, HSPA+ and LTE networks
• Maintaining network KPIs to the committed thresholds and values according to the company’s and ZAIN Group’s standards
• Follow up on Customers Complaints and ensure high Customer Satisfaction
• Conduct field drive testing for problematic site Radio performance
• Utilize Huawei tools like PRS and M2000
• Site Survey for new sites to achieve coverage and capacity targets
• Site hardware dimensioning to meet current and forecasted traffic capacity requirements
• Creating system database parameters for new cells and sites
• Continuous cell traffic re-engineering for best balanced and utilized network resources for both network HSPA+ and 2G
• Perform manual Frequency planning where needed
• Analyzing network generated statistics for KPIs follow up and maintaining best network performance
• Continuous and smart tracking of demographical and geographical changes in the network in order to ensure fast network adaptation and best service presence amongst all mobile operators
• Traffic Modeling and Logical Channels dimensioning (CCCHs, SDCCHs, TCHs, etc)
• Conduct daily drive testing and field measurement campaign for 2G and HSPA+ networks
• Preparing daily technical reports for the TEMS & Q-Voice collected data; and post Analyze Q-Voice and TEMS log files with ACTIX
• Plotting the radio coverage of the whole network
• Acquiring new GSM & HSPA+ cell sites according to planning priorities and within the SLA period
• Finalizing all contract renewals for sites and expansions within the SLA period from the date of request for such modification
• Updating sites contracts to accommodate with the BSS requirements and updates on site
• Microwave links installation, alignment and commissioning
• Wi-Max installation and commissioning
• BTS installation, testing and maintenance (Huawei and ZTE cabinets)
• Place sites on air
• Troubleshooting and solving microwave links problem (SDH & PDH)
• Planning and leading operations of traffic rehoming
