Part of the AWS Support Engineering team assisting Enterprise and Business customers in Security domain services
• Work on critical, highly complex problems for the customers that span multiple cloud computing services in the security domain such as IAM, ACM, KMS, Cognito etc
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solution to AWS customers needs.
• Troubleshoot cloud deployments, recreate customer issues and build proof of concept applications

• Write tutorials, how-to videos and other technical articles for the AWS support community.
Part of the Operational Security Team providing security services to many Government departments across Victoria
• Project engineer for deployment of Forescout NAC solution
• Providing L2/L3 support for Security related Incident response
• Threat monitoring and response based on SOC monitoring alerts and Splunk logging system
• Configuration and Management of Mail and Web security tools including Bluecoat, Zscaler, Proofpoint TRAP
• Configuration and Management of endpoint security tools including Cylance, McAfee ePO, McAfee NSM IPS
• Manage PKI/SSL Certificates and Infrastructure
• Assist multiple internal departments in Project deployment tasks
Responsible for entire network architecture and IT Security for KIA spanning across five branch sites and a Disaster recovery site

• Responsible for Tactical VHF Radio Network operations for the Kuwait Armed Forces
• Operationally maintain 3682 radio systems, Spearhead radios and GPS tracking network using Sincgars Tactical Battle Management Systems (STBMS)
• Responsible for configuration and maintenance for the IT Network infrastructure for Exelis ofice and workshop inside Kuwait army base

• Operate with team of engineers in all technical and administrative duties
• Responsible for ofice, warehouse, and electronic workshop inventory, operations and maintenance
