• Plating and presenting meals as per company policy.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations are properly sanitized.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Discharging all expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators and freezers.
• Prepare meal's ingredients which include seasoning of various meats as well as washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits.
• Prepare basic salads and sauces as per head of kitchen instructions.
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the chef in charge of low or depleted supplies.
• Filling the daily diligence of the kitchen items, following all instructions and comply with health and food safety regulations
