• Training coordinator Human resource Department.

Manpower Development Team.
Duties:
 Managing ULMS for employee enrollment, training and PDP reports.
 Coordinating with other departments in order to close their PDP.
 Employee enrollments to Oracle for sending training invitation and maintaining oracle records of trainings conducted.
 Petroleum training center focal point for inquiries related to any training.
 Focal point for SUCCESSFACTOR to manage users, training updates and reporting as part of project HORIZON.
 Coordinating with EQUATE Learning and Development team to resolve Operations Department queries.
 Focal point of sending employees and contractors to EQUATE safety training done in their premises.
 To record and verify invoices sent by Petroleum training center for audit.
Work Relations Team.
Duties:
• Follow up with the team regarding their PDP progress and yearly objectives related to their incentives.
• Coordinating with the Manpower Development Team and payroll and compensation team for related queries.
• Coordinating with the employees for their registration to the group health insurance system.
• Liaison with IT for developing Health insurance claim reimbursement, medical health insurance registration and general medical council of kuwait automated system.
• Coordination with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) health insurance team for the reimbursement of claims submitted by the employees.
• Preparing the final report of the employees registered to the group health insurance for KPC (Kuwait Petroleum Corporation).
Payroll and Compensation Team.
Duties:
• HR Help Desk Coordinator.
• Resolving employee queries towards HR department.
• Assigning tasks to HR employees related to their job description on employees request.

• Generating leave, employee details and leave balance reports.
• Managing Oracle system for Lookup, amend and cancel leaves.
• Approve, Reject and Amend Employee leaves applied through OpenText Live Link system.
