Extensively worked on sulfur recovery units working with Comprimo / Shell / Le Gaz Integral / Axens. Have simulated the complete process in HYSYS Sulsim to model Claus Process with TGTU for 99.99% recovery, the partial oxidation and direct oxidation process as well as Axens Sub-Dewpoint process. Further I’ve also modelled the Caustic Wash system in the Axens process to remove SO2 from tail gas to achieve 99.93% recovery using OLI. I have extensive experience in sensitivity analysis of the process, sizing of all reactors based on their space velocities and specialized heat exchangers. Finally granulation & drying of sulfur, working with reputed suppliers.

Complete design of 10 MMSCFD flare gas monetization project to convert natural heavy flare gas to diesel and gasoline using Verdis, Verde, Compact GTL, Grey Rock Proprietary Technologies. Reworked the complete simulation of Partial Oxidation to SynGas and the Fischer Tropsch reactions to liquids in Aspen HYSYS, all reactions were modelled and input by me to mirror vendor technology. Following this, every equipment was sized and costed up to give a consolidated price for the project with a ROI of 1.5 years.
