 Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contractors & Suppliers negotiations and agreements preparations and follow ups, ordering for expenses and fixed assets material.
• Servicing & maintaining the Central Air conditioning System which includes Chillers, AHU, FCU, PRIMARY & SECONDARY PUMPS, and Split A.C.
• Monitor and operate HVAC System, comprising of Chillers, AHU, FCU, PRIMARY & SECONDARY PUMPS, EXHAUST, EXTRACT AND SMOKE EXTRACT FANS, for the store with BMS.
• Servicing & monitoring of refrigeration system which includes multi set semi hermitic compressors positive and negative range, condensing units, evaporators, Refrigerant Freon R 22, remote monitoring system, alarm monitoring, high pressure and low pressure cut out switches, Cold rooms & product displays, Freezer rooms & product displays.
• Conduct monthly Load test with Backup Generators, servicing of oil filters, control panel, batteries, ATS, load, and coolant temp.
• Conduct monthly Load test with Duty UPS, maintaining of rectifier & invertor, battery discharge, control panel.
• Regular maintenance of Fire & Safety Equipment’s such as: Fire Fighting System includes pump, zone control valaves, sprinklers hose reel, canvas hose reel, fire extinguishers (foam, Co2, wet & dry), Fire Alarm System which includes (Control panel, fire rated cables, smoke detectors, heat detectors, Ansul system, gas leak sensors, FM 200), LPG system, Evacuation system, Emergency (light, exit doors).
• Conduct monthly fire alarm test by checking MCP’S, SMOKE DETECTORS, HEAT DETECTORS, VENTILLATION SYSTEMS, SHUTTER DOORS, and GENT 34000 CONTROL PANNEL for all loops in the store.
• Functioning & servicing all fresh food electromechanical & mechanical equipment’s such as: Rotary Ovens, Deck Ovens, Dough mixers, proofers, slicing & wrapping machines, mincers, scales machine, electrical grills.
• Handling and overhauling of Warehouse equipment’s such as Fork lift, Man lift, Electric Stackers, Hand lift, jack pallets, battery charger.
• Observe civil structural defects in store like Expansion joints, tiles, paintings, epoxy flooring, pillars, ceilings, water proofing and doors.
• To maintain Cash Counter having systems like Push panic button, linked to the security control room, anti-theft security antennas, with an immediate alarm (led, bell), Infra-Red price scanner - Vertical/Horizontal type belt conveyors, motors, lights, intercom system.
• Periodic checking of Plumbing and drainage system, Grease trap system’s main pipe lines, clean out, fittings etc. and ensure zero leaks.
• Track on daily basis the water treatment system which includes duty and stand by pumps, pressuring tank, ultra violet sterilizers, filters, auto chlorine dosing system.
• Inspections of electrical central services such as MDB, SMDB & DB’S, isolators, switch gear, standard lights and load balancing, experience how to use the clamp and multi meters.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance scheduling, Planning, Documents and reports for our full assets in the store.
• Prepare monthly reports for hygiene, pest control which includes internal & external audit, corrective action plan, external calibration, temperature check list, MSDS reports, and disinfectant test report with chemical data sheet.
• Financial controls of the monthly & yearly budget, CAPEX, LPO’s.
