1- Perform Scheduled Maintenance : perform scheduled maintenance, preventative repairs and review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary on all electrical systems (Standby Generators, Panel Boards, UPS’s, MV switch Gear, Unit Substation, Fire Alarm System, VFD’s, Motor doors Swing or Sliding).
2- Perform load test of standby MV Generator with load monthly.
3- Perform load test for UPS’s each sixth month.
4- Programming the VFD’s to control the Pump’s, Fan’s, AHU’s and connect it with BMS and Fire alarm system.
5- Supervising repair Electrical Systems: Fire alarm, lights, sockets, Breakers, MCC’s.
6- Troubleshoot Malfunctions :of Fire Alarm, Switch gear, Unit substation, Panel Boards
7- Supervise Electrical Technicians: Supervise, test their works and Train new technician
8- Supervise the contractors work at renovation and extensions areas for electrical systems
9- Update the As built drawings for Fire Alarm, Power, Lighting and single line diagram
10- Follow up with Civil defense, JCI(Joint Commission International), CBAHI (Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) requirements to get their Certificate
11- Follow Up with Maintenance company for elevators, UPS’s and Generators and their spare parts

1. Collect data from end user for Electrical / Mechanical requirements for Machines and Building
2. Prepare tender drawings on Auto Cad and make scope of work (Earthling System, Lightning Protection System, Lighting, Small Power Outlets, Power for Machines, Chilled water System, Compressed air System and HVAC system)
3. Check tender drawings and scope of works with Consultant
4. Collect prices from Contractors according to scope of work and make study for it.
5. Order the panel boards, lighting fixtures and power cables for Contractors
6. Supervision the works at site and drawings with Consultant and Contractors
7. Hand Over the building to the end user with complete requirements

1. Shop Drawings (Study, Draw ) for Systems (lighting, Small Power Outlets, Data System, Fire alarm, Public address, CCTV, Intercom, Load Schedules and Single line Diagrams )
2. Prepare Material Submittals and Get approval from Consultant
3. Supervising the implementation of the approved drawings at the site
4. Coordination with the consultant (Make RFI’s, MIR’s and Hand over the to consultant according to Approved drawings and Materials )
5. Dealing with suppliers according to the approved material from consultant
6. Make Invoices and take approval from consultant for it
7. Attend the work shop Meeting

1. Drawings (Draw on AutoCAD) for Systems (lighting, Power, Data, fire alarm, Public address, CCTV)
2. Assistant in site (Supervising)
3. Attend the work shop Meeting
4. prepare Inspection for Electrical works and Materials
