The roles and resonsibility.
1. Training for Employee and Contractors
a. General safety induction (for all)
b. Specific employee training (work permit, Hazcom, IIR, Emergency control plan, SCBA practical training, CSE, Entry watchman training, etc.)

2. Safety
a. Plant safety inspection
b. Permit audit in the plant
c. Job safety analysis
d. Contractor facility audit
e. Coordinate critical lifting and inspection
f. QVC Shutdown coordinator for HSSE
g. Procurement of HSSE items
h. Maintenance of SCBA in the plant
i. Participate incident investigation, review, verify and closing the report

3. Environment
a. U/G water collection from 5 different wells and sending for 3rd party analysis.
b. Nox analysis from Stacks using landcom machine
c. Coordinate stack emission by third party as per MME requirements like RATA, Dioxine furans, metals etc.
d. Coordinate goverment entity periodic inspection
e. Maintain the Inventory of Hazardouse and non hazardouse waste and sending for proper disposal

4. Fire
a. QVC fire fighting coordinator
b. Arrangin Monthly fire drill
c. Training for Fire directors and plant operators
d. Inspection and maintenance of Fire hoses/wall hydrant and FE

5. QVC Security coordinator
a. Monitoring and maintenance of all kind of security system
