1. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

2. Maintains workplace’s health and safety requirements and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

3. Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.

4. Planning & Reducing turnaround time for budgeting and supply chain planning requirements for both inbound raw materials and outbound manufactured products

5. Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP, 5S etc.

6. Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.

7. Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.

8. Preparing & Monitoring key performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain planning/forecasting set by management.

9. Measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis and present results to the firm’s Senior Management.

10. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.

11. Responsible to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures & analyzing variance.

12. To initiate corrective actions to overcome variance in annual budget & Schedule expenditure.

. Handling and monitoring all kinds of receiving and dispatching of goods and preparing the necessary documents related.

. Monitoring the level of cleanliness and the work environment appropriate for the commodity being placed.

. Stratify suppliers to support supply base improvements and commodity bench marking and tracking supplier performance.

. Provides quality information to appropriate personal to support sourcing process and updating STA database with supplier related information as changes occurs in goods.

. Monitoring whether incoming/ dispatching material is being evaluated to ensure that the packing used is robust and protected from damage during transit

. Incase of certain requirements are not meeting, explaining the deficiencies to respective buyer for corrective and preventive action (CAPA).

. To coordinate with respective buyers on means of suppliers performance in material procurement through delivery rating system
