Annual Budget Definition for the Middle East and Asia
• Provide buying reports from previous and actual seasons to Sourcing and Sales Teams
• Annual Sales Forecast
• Estimate total cost per Product Family in the Brand's product portfolio
• Estimate COGS and logistics cost per store
• Draw up Production Budget
• Estimate annual Logistics cost

Pricing and Sales Analysis
• Establishing product's Sale Price along with Sales Team
• Ensure the accomplishment of the required product margins
• Calculate the margin/cost for Product campaigns and Promotions
• Analyze the Product's or Product Family performance and report it to Sales team
• Define the size breakdown per Product Family based on sales analyses

Purchase and Supply Chain
• Visit suppliers, along with Sourcing team, providing necessary information from previous seasons for decision making
• Place and Manage Supplier's Orders
• Define the fulfilment model and packaging
• Plan and Coordinate shipments from Suppliers to be delivered at brand's Warehouses in Middle East and Asia
• Identify, anticipate and troubleshoot the Production and Supply chain difficulties, dealing with problems or delays, and to ensure the right products at the right place on time
• Control estimated versus actual costs
• Define and Manage suppliers payment plan, and Sourcing department cash flow
• Manage the suppliers' invoices

• Analyse and validate the monthly inventory schedule proposed by commercial department;
• Ensure calendar is strictly followed.
• Ensure hardware and software materials that assist the inventory are in place and in impeccable conditions to execute the inventories in stores.
• Verify the key data in each inventory, compare it to the previous inventory and verify stock quantity.
• Verify manual counting and exported data accuracy.
• Verify, analyze and validate all inventory data results.
• Verify and justify gaps.
• Analyse stock entrance and stock exit movements.
• Liaise with stores additional manual counting whenever needed as per inventory results.
• Execute Inventory Audit according to internal audit tables.
• Evaluate the stores according to the table criteria.
• Train the team members involved on all needed points of inventory procedures.
• Monitor Inventories.
• Verify the stock movements between the stores and warehouse.
• Verify the delivery notes and update delivery notes in system whenever needed.

Preparing shipment Quotation to both local and international clients.

Preparing sales quotation, sales report etc.
Proper correspondence with the overseas counterparts and agents.

Act as a frontline interface between the customers and Coordinate frontline and backend Customer Service; interacting with customers, liaison with destination agents.
