 Consumer Research:
- Responsible for the development of Quantitative and Qualitative business through fundamentals such as training and development of associates, client satisfaction and improvement of processes.
- Responsible and accountable for a team of Project Managers overseeing their preparation, execution, and Service delivery across the project cycle from briefing and questionnaire to charting and presentation.
- Collaborate across Nielsen business units to support business development and ongoing business process improvement by implementing the right initiatives and make all necessary correction when applicable to ensure the project executed within the scheduled timeline and budget.
- Partake in necessary company management meetings, sharing of information and insight that could prove valuable to other business units.

 Financial Management:
- Responsibility for the Operation unit budget; Monitoring key metrics for the Saudi team i.e. project management budgeted versus actual hours, team utilization and Cost to Revenu (C2R).
- Instrumental in proffering transformational leadership to refurbish marketing strategies and driving the revenue across diverse sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Telecom, Properties, Banking, and Government. (+$10M Yearly)
- Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as assigned.
- Named Costing HUB for the Saudi Market and contributed to the overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost-savings ideas.

 People Management:
- Superintending a team of 35 members in the Saudi Market. Facilitating team development, aiding them to achieve their goals through individual development plan (IDP).
- Clearly communicates global and local strategy to teams; sets goals provide direction and guidance to direct reports
- Identifies efficiencies in the workflow, in management the studies/program for optimum implementation.
- Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports.
- Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage.
- Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards.
- Develop training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels.
- Provide support, recognition, and feedback to assist employees to achieve their performance standards.
- Act as coach, guide, and mentor to employees to Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements.
- Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedure.

 Functional & technicals:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of research techniques and applications.
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests.
- Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process.
- Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.

 Organizational Management and Development
- Ensure alignment of operating systems and processes that will enable the division to achieve its overall business objectives.
- Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs.
- Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork.

- Establishing the yearly business operation plan for the Central Region. Leveraging financial acumen whilst managing the annual operation budget. Monitoring and tracking the monthly operation plan with global operation leader.

o FMCG Sector: PepsiCo, Nestlé and J&J.
o Properties and Retail Sector: Majed AL Futtaim, Panda and Othaim.
o Automotive Sector: General Motors, Nissan, Toyota, etc..
