 Consumer Research:
- Responsible for the development of Quantitative and Qualitative business through fundamentals such as training and development of associates, client satisfaction and improvement of processes.
- Responsible and accountable for a team of Project Managers overseeing their preparation, execution, and Service delivery across the project cycle from briefing and questionnaire to charting and presentation.
- Collaborate across Nielsen business units to support business development and ongoing business process improvement by implementing the right initiatives and make all necessary correction when applicable to ensure the project executed within the scheduled timeline and budget.
- Partake in necessary company management meetings, sharing of information and insight that could prove valuable to other business units.

 Financial Management:
- Responsibility for the Operation unit budget; Monitoring key metrics for the Saudi team i.e. project management budgeted versus actual hours, team utilization and Cost to Revenu (C2R).
- Instrumental in proffering transformational leadership to refurbish marketing strategies and driving the revenue across diverse sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Telecom, Properties, Banking, and Government. (+$10M Yearly)

- Named Costing HUB for the Saudi Market and contributed to the overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost-savings ideas.

 People Management:
- Superintending a team of 35 members in the Saudi Market. Facilitating team development, aiding them to achieve their goals through individual development plan (IDP).
- Clearly communicates global and local strategy to teams; sets goals provide direction and guidance to direct reports
- Identifies efficiencies in the workflow, in management the studies/program for optimum implementation.
- Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports.
