• Support seasonal sell-in cycles (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter) through
system enablement and order validation using E-CAT ordering tools supporting
MENA region and KAZ
• Ensure accuracy of key business KPIs including order quantities, assortment
range, and product data consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and external partners to provide sell-in
support, ensuring smooth order placement and alignment with commercial
strategies.
• Validate and monitor product ranges in SAP, ensuring completeness and
accuracy of assortment for each season.
• Coordinate closely with MOPS and EMC teams to ensure all articles are
available, ranged correctly, and aligned with market requirements.
• Contribute to assortment planning and range execution, supporting
localized product needs and minimizing gaps in availability.
• Identify and resolve system or data issues impacting sell-in performance,
order accuracy, and product availability.
• Support alignment between planning, sales, and operations teams, ensuring
consistency between system data, forecasts, and execution.

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications
• Administer application systems and manage database performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
• Handle system deployments and upgrades.
• Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Support UAT, testing, and release activities
• Manage PortgreSQL and MySQL databases, Visual Studio (Data Warehouse
and ETL)
• Automate processes and improve system efficiency.
• Work closely with developers, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
