Working as a lead for a strategic PMO for Telecom & Infra Deputyship with MCIT
I worked with Telcom Infrastructure Deputyship team under Delivery Support department to manager & lead shared major tasks to ensure the delivery of numbers of initiatives with Visison 2030 VRPs & MCIT Strategy.
I have worked as Project Manager to number of Corporation & Privatization Projects. SAVC as holding company is establishing its subsidiaries through corporatizing GACA (General Authority for Civil Aviation) entities ( such as Airports) into a LLC ( Limited Liability Company). I managed the transformation of Dammam Airport into DACO ( Dammam Airport Company) ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed as planned such as ( Org Chart development, Process & Procedure development, Legal, etc.)
I have also worked closely with our consultants to privatize RAC (Riyadh Airport Company) which was planned for a private Stake Sale. My role was to lead & drive the major activities to complete Due Diligence Phase, manage & coordinates between multiple stakeholders; build the VDR (Virtual Data Room)
I workred as a project manager to oversee Technical Monitoring Project which is a contract with Communications & Information Technology Commission (CITC) to perform all activities related to technical monitoring of Universal Services (US) sponsored by Universal Services Fund (USF). My main role to handle all project management activities starting from developing project plan (scope, schedule, quality, risk, resource, etc.), teams management on the fields, monitoring the progress update plans based on progress, develop reports of the progress, customer management.
AEC was established in 1988 under the directives of the Government of Saudi Arabia, the Advanced Electronics Company is an offset program company and now a recognized leader in the field of modern electronics manufacturing, system integration and repair and maintenance services.
AEC is one of BAE Systems sub-contractors that handling different military projects. As part of an industrialization project, I am working as BAE Systems employee within a project control team where projects are monitored for different project management elements (Planning, Governance, Risk & Opportunity, etc) then reported to projects director & VP reviews.
My main role is to support project managers in order to lead their projects to success in terms of compliance to Life Cycle Management (LCM) Framework. LCM Framework provides the effective management of projects, enables the sharing of good practice, effective corporate governance.
My main responsibility was to be in charge of establishing a whole new PMO in NCA starting by analyzing the needs of project management practices to implementing and running NCA PMO. the PMO has to include all its elements (People, Process, Tools).
In order to understand the needs, I have manged multiple projects since the begnning of my career in NCA. These project defer in type (IT, Educational), Size, Cost ( 2 - 50 M). Some of them can be considered as a Program rather than a Project.
During the management of these projects, the establishment of NCA's PMO has started. it's begun with hiring project managers as a quick-win strategy.
then, with a help of a consultant, the rest of PMO's components are built up, including:
PMO Charter, Processes (PMO Processes, PM Processes), PMO Strategic Plan, Change Managment Plan ..
and Finally, a Project Management System (EPM) has been developed and customized based on NCA's requirements to automate the PM processes as well as reporting system (dashboards).

I played a role of a Project Manager as well as Developer for many web applications for the organisation. Also, I have supported Qiyas' It teams in many applications development and implementation.
