-Assist Research Agronomists in coordinating on-farm validation trials involving crop productivity management for tobacco.
-Work with corporate and field teams to carry out trial protocols, communicate plans, and implement division research trials in strategic geographies.
-Tobacco seedbed management and transplanting.
-Irrigation scheduling, weed control, pest and disease management and plant nutrition of field and experimental tobacco.
-Daily supervision and management of the experimental trials.
-Provide support for other Agronomy Sciences studies and demonstrations as needed.
-Implementation of the experimental trials methodologies.
-Data collection and analysis using GENSTAT (9.2) Ninth Edition and Minitab
-Agronomic practices of tobacco from seedbed to marketing.
- Tobacco sales and seed sales at auction floors
- Involved in warehouse operations such as storage (Dry and Cold Storage), order assembling and produce handling and stock control.
- Involved in sales department of horticultural produces and telesales, order taking and invoicing.
- Worked in procurement department and was involved in fresh produce procurement, price negotiations, market surveys, quality speculations, independent market concept and farm visits.

- Involved in Production of horticultural crops such as mangetout peas, sugar snap peas, both trellised and non trellised, chillies 'Comet" variety and gooseberries.
- Involved in plant, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting, and crop protection of these horticultural crops.
- Involved in the operations in the warehouse issuing about the sales of each product, both export and local sales.
